TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    Trade Accounts
1.1.    All individuals purchasing professional products must first be registered for an account. To be eligible for an account, evidence of qualifications must be provided for review. If qualifications meet minimum standards your account will be approved. Your application may be declined if training was received from an unapproved training provider.
1.2.    Accounts may only be used to purchase products for that individual, or for that inidividual's business only.


2.    Returns and Refunds
2.1.    All items purchased are non-refundable. 
2.2.    All items purchased at a discount are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2.3.    Full priced items may be returned in exchange for store credit within 14 days of purchase, if they have been unopened or otherwise used or damaged. 
To request a return, please contact us at info@gelincsupplies.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return. These items must be safely shipped back to Gel Inc HQ with order tracking at the customers cost. Once received, we will examine items, and issue the store credit as appropriate. 


3.    Shipping & Store Pick Up
3.1.    All orders will be shipped within 2 working days of payment of purchase.
3.2.    Orders can be collected from Gel Inc HQ. Time and day of pick up must be pre-arranged, as Gel Inc HQ access is by appointment only. Please get in touch at info@gelincsupplies.com once you have placed your order to arrange a suitable time and day for collection.


4. Pre-orders
4.1. All items purchased on pre-order will be ordered from LE HQ on the next order cycle. 
4.2. Orders containing a mix of pre-order and in stock items will be shipped together once pre-order items arrive.
4.3. Pre-orders will be fulfilled on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
