For so long, the goal in the nail industry has been to be fully booked in order to make enough money. I don't know about you - but after a fully booked week I am EXHAUSTED. This workshop was born out of me tackling my own fear of being aware how much money I was *actually* making - but something had to give because I was sick of living week to week and paying myself peanuts. I want my work to be sustainable and have the passion and joy at the front of my mind every morning when I wake up ready to start the workday. It will be a journey to get our businesses where they should be. Rather than battling alone - let's go on this journey together! There are many online courses and tools you can purchase, but often they are relevant to other countries, or you might just find yourself a bit lost and not have the help on hand. Having an in-person workshop, with a small group, where we can walk through the steps and calculations together, might be just the push you need to start the new financial year right. You'll leave the workshop with all the tools you need to understand what you should be charging for each service, as well as how to budget your revenue to pay yourself correctly and allow your business to thrive without having to dip into savings every time you need to purchase product or pay tax.
